NexPoint Materials launches as an independent engineering thermoplastics company

As of 4 August 2026, SABIC’s Engineering Thermoplastics business across Europe and the Americas operates under the name NexPoint Materials as an independent company within the Mutares portfolio.

As of 4 August 2026, SABIC’s Engineering Thermoplastics business across Europe and the Americas began operating under the name NexPoint Materials as an independent company within the Mutares portfolio.

NexPoint Materials continues the development and supply of established engineering thermoplastics product families, including LEXAN™ (PC), VALOX™ (PBT), CYCOLOY™ (PC/ABS), CYCOLAC™ (ABS), GELOY™ (PC/ASA), XENOY™ (PC/PBT) and XYLEX™.

The change in ownership and the new company name do not affect the product brand names, material formulations, product quality or performance standards. Day-to-day customer support and the company’s manufacturing, technical and commercial operations also continue.

NexPoint Materials operates an integrated manufacturing, technical and commercial network across Europe and the Americas. The company serves customers in automotive, electrical and electronics, healthcare, building and construction, industrial and consumer markets.

For Danje-Polymer customers, this primarily means continuity of supply, unchanged product brand names and continued access to support in material selection, quotations, samples and implementation projects.
